Before Requesting For Refund

If you’re having any problems configuring or using our knowledge base software, please contact us and take advantage of our friendly, experienced technical support. Our support team will install the software for you on your server and help you with configuration and customization. Our support team is always ready to answer any questions you may.

In common when our client is almost ready to request a refund, he contacts us for help. We perform installation, help him to learn and configure our services/products and he becomes one of our happiest clients! Refund Policy

HEXROW Marketing will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it is important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. We have no desire to trick you into purchasing and paying for something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.

What each party is agreeing to

You the Client: You will need to clearly communicate what you expect us to do. HEXROW Marketing in turn will give you an agreement that states the deliverables and agreed upon compensation once those deliverables are met. Typically our development and services have milestones. Once each of these milestones are met, payment may be required. You agree to give us the things we jointly agree that we need to complete the project milestones and in the format we need it. We will also need you to review our work, provide feedback and approval in a timely manner. We work off of deadlines, and those go both ways. You agree to be be bound by dates we set together. Finally, you agree to stick to the payment schedule. If any of the deliverables do not meet your approval, you may request a refund for any undelivered work or services. To request a refund, you simply must submit an email to [email protected] stating what deliverable has not been met and reasons for this request. HEXROW Marketing will then review this request and reply back within 48 hours.

HEXROW Marketing, Inc.: We have the experience and ability to do everything we state we will do in our deliverables and we will do it all in a professional and timely manner. HEXROW Marketing will endeavor to meet every deadline that is set. HEXROW Marketing agrees to give you a refund within 10 days for any work that has not been done according to the stated deliverables. Cancellation is allowed only for a period of 5 working days from the date of the start of the contract as the work for a project immediately starts the next day the contract is signed. In case of such cancellations done within 5 days the rate or the cost for the amount of work done during this 5 days will be deducted from the client advance or the client is liable to pay that amount.

Please make sure your request does not contradict our Refund Policy.

2. Processing Refund requests

Once we get your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.a. User’s responsibility

Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk.

Please give it 24-48 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests (read details of our support policy).

2.b. Illegitimate refund requests

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased software license. We stand behind our software products/ services and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

2.c. Incompatibility with third-party products or software

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on the incompatibility of our products with some third-party software. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

3. Payment of refunds

In case your request is judged grounded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 5-15 working days since your request has been approved. 

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Supplier’s Warranty

The explicit terms of this Agreement conform to all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations

implied by statute, common law, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
