Service 4 U -Case Study
The client is basically a technical person who is in the client service sector. He has good dealings with the direct customers. This person handles all kinds of requests like electrical complaints, carpentry, plumbing, electronics, routing, web services, hardware works etc. Work used to come to him through the word of mouth and thus the quantity of work coming was comparatively less. As this particular person was a technical guy he did not know about the options available to project it. He approached us through a client who was also his client.
We went to him for understanding his problems and the problem was somewhat the same kind as that was faced by most of the people in this industry. The problem was the lack of a platform to showcase the skills and get the contact details to retarget the customers.
We gave him the idea of creating a website with the necessary SEO and also google business listing. The whole time we spent on this exercise was around 1 month including the data collection. The client was well aware of his technical skills and the rate prevalent in his area which helped us to speed up the process.
The result of this exercise was a customer-friendly service website with the SEO integrated along with proper mapping and business registration in Google. As the google servers crawled over the pages the results began to come up in the search after some weeks itself.
The client service4u was extremely as they were getting more customer calls other than their regular customers and also they were given reviews in public domains. Their work quality began to improve as well. The workers also fell motivated as they had worked for most of the days and were paid well enough. Previously they only had two or three days of work in a week and they had to sit idle for most of the weekdays.
So this website and the related work gave us a new insight into the service sector which was new to us and we are also happy that its directly helping workers as well as the customers who have some issues or repairs.
